Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, place an order, contact us, or use our services. This can include:

• your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, and profile photo;
• delivery address, order details, product choices, and order history;
• messages and attachments you send to our support or production team;
• photos, logos, PDFs, design files, and other content you upload for printing or digital services;
• QR link-page details that you choose to publish, such as business name, social-media links, website, phone number, email address, or location; and
• a device push-notification token, if you allow notifications on your device.

PremiumPrint does not collect payment-card details in the app and does not use advertising tracking.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve PremiumPrint, including to:

• create and secure your account;
• prepare, process, deliver, and support your printing orders and digital-service requests;
• communicate with you about orders, messages, proofs, announcements, and service updates;
• show and operate QR link pages you choose to publish; and
• protect our services, resolve problems, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only when needed to provide the service: with authorized PremiumPrint staff, production and delivery partners handling your order, and service providers that host our systems or deliver push notifications. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Information you add to a published QR link page is public. Please do not publish information you do not want other people to see.

Data retention and security

We keep account, order, support, and uploaded-content records for as long as needed to operate the service, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You can update your account details in the app. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal information, email us at premium.krdadd@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for completed orders, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.

Children

PremiumPrint is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can review and address the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the “Last updated” date.
